The Virtual Field Herbarium plant image gallery (VFH for short) is composed of images and linked data from eco-friendly researchers and artists. The Image Database allows users to filter searches according to one or more characteristics. The purpose of the website is to encourage the creation of field guides to plants in the tropics and registered users can use the website to create a simple field guide using the tools provided.
